ATX I/O Shield Selection Guide

Note: An ATX I/O Shield is a small metal plate located at the back of each rackmount chassis that provide openings for different I/O ports, (serial, parallel, PS/2 ports, USB), of a motherboard. Operating a system without I/O shields will not affect the functionality of the system but will leave small visible gaps on the back of the system. The ATX I/O shields listed on this page are designed specifically for the rackmount chassis manufactured by PCW Microsystems, Inc. (www.rackmount.com/chassis) They are not compatible with any other chassis.

By default, each chassis is equipped with one I/O shield listed on their corresponding product page. If you require a different I/O shield, please phone in your request at 516-997-5050. If you cannot find the I/O shield that you require, please send an email to support@pcwnet.com with the following information:
